Our MLS team supports organisations by managing complex and repeatable legal work through the right combination of talented people, smart processes and technology. 

We are now looking for a Senior MLS Lawyer to join our Munich‑based team. In this role, you’ll help clients efficiently manage Commercial Law matters while shaping and enhancing our innovative service offering.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Commercial Law mandates independently, including contract review, drafting and negotiation
• Conduct efficient contract reviews using Legal Tech and automation tools
• Implement contractual, risk and compliance processes within clients’ business units
• Analyse complex legal issues, identify risks and provide practical, commercial solutions
• Use Legal Tech and AI tools to enhance delivery and efficiency
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to workshops, presentations and events
• Support business development through pitch preparation and presentations
• Collaborate globally across international teams and cross‑border projects
• Lead client workstreams and projects while fostering a collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you will bring:

• Qualification as a lawyer with strong Commercial Law experience
• Solid Civil Law expertise and practical application skills
• Strong academic background
• Fluent, business‑proficient English
• Experience independently managing Commercial Law mandates
• Confidence in business development and public speaking
• Experience using Legal Tech tools for contract review and automation
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory implementation
• Strong project management skills
• Resilience and adaptability within a dynamic environment
• High digital literacy (CLM systems, automation, analytics)
• Commercial awareness and a strong client focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Interest in global work with occasional international travel

What happens next?
