We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Manager to lead our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 


Assist customers with technical support
Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
Effectively lead the team to success
Set and meet profitability goals
Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience
Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing
Demonstrate the values of our company and establish positive rapport with our current and prospective customers; build lasting relationships in the community
Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment
Maintain facilities to Stribling Equipment standards
Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth
Qualifications
Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Hardware, Agriculture, or Construction background, experience, or education such as a Bachelor of Science or Associates Degree in a related field is highly preferred
Mechanical or Parts Knowledge in heavy equipment is advantageous
Previous experience with John Deere, Wirtgen, Hamm, Vogele and/or Kleemann products is a plus
Must be a hands-on leader and team player
Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
Must be knowledgeable about the community and local culture to build strong customer relationships
Possess technical knowledge with the ability to understand the customer’s product needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to motivate, lead, and influence team members and staff
Able to maintain and professional, courteous, and customer-centric attitude
Possess a valid driver's license with clean MVR
