This role is for a Chrysler Level 3 Master Technician who operates at the highest technical level. You are expected to diagnose, repair, and lead through example while supporting shop efficiency and quality.

  • Follow OEM repair procedures and warranty standards.

  Accountability

  Performance is reviewed regularly. Failure to meet expectations may result in coaching, additional training, or corrective action. Consistent performance creates advancement opportunities.

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly: Flat-rate):

• $45.00 - $60.00  / hour
  • Depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications

(The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $45.00 and $60.00)

Schedule

• FULL TIME
• 5 days a week / 2 days off
• Sundays off
