Summer internship - Commercial Coordinator

Do you have too much free time over the summer? Are you savvy when it comes to using excel and other MS Office tools? Then this might be the job for you! 
CooperVision is looking for a summer intern to support us over the summer with standard reporting, creating Salesforces manuals, improving efficiency and other ad hoc tasks that might arise. 
 

What will you be doing?

As a Commercial Coordinator over the summer period, you will support the business mainly with comprehend reports and send these out. This is an important activity which you will do as a back-up to support regular employees during summer leave. We have also introduced Salesforce as our CRM system not long ago, and one important task you will be responsible for is to create manuals and introductions to the system for our existing and new employees.

In addition to the above duties, you will also be:

• Point of contact for the sales team helping with basic QnA in Salesforce.
• Create strong relationships internally within EMEA how to best use Salesforce. 
• Do a GAP analysis to understand which areas we can support the sales team with. 
• Create easy-to-follow manuals and modules to train and educate employees. 

To be a successful candidate you will need to have the following:

• Advanced excel – proficiency with MS Office 
• Analytical skills and statistics know-how. 
• Experience in Salesforce is seen as preferable. 
• Great communication & data presentations skills; both verbally and written (Swedish and English required, other Nordic languages are an advantage.
• Ongoing university studies or equivalent.
