Client Delivery Executive for SS&C Health

Locations: Remote/Hybrid from most US States

The Client Delivery Executive will manage 8-12 client accounts responsible for developing and managing relationships with client leadership within IT and Operations teams, and creating and leading long-term strategic account plans, including profitability, and contract renewals.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts with client leadership within IT and Operations teams, and creating and leading long-term strategic account plans, including profitability, and contract renewals
  • Engage with internal teams supporting the client to understand general performance and opportunities for improvement while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Engage with the client through 1-1 and other recurring meetings to gain perspective of current operations from what is working well but also opportunities for improvement and other pain points the client is working to address
  • Oversight of the terms of the contract to ensure we are managing within the agreement; this includes monthly client invoice and SLA/PG (if applicable) review/approval
  • Processing new work requests received from the client supporting by an existing agreement or new amendment
  • Facilitating recurring business review meetings with client executives including preparation and management of follow up actions.
  • Participate and frequently own the development of corporate initiatives intended to improve internal processes, streamline costs, train and mentor staff, and improve overall client service

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on government programs (Medicaid, Medicare, Exchange/Marketplace, etc.)
  • Meeting assigned expectations for profitability, achieving strategic customer objectives defined by management, and proven track record for service delivery and/or the sales of technology products and services
  • Experience completing strategic customer account plans, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Experience working with clients directly and advocate for their needs while balancing expectations against existing contracts
  • Experience in developing presentation materials for an Executive Level review and leading presentations to internal and external executives.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and active projects, while communicating current status, risks, and a path to resolution for any identified problems
  • Strong initiative with an outward demonstration of a desire to grow and learn
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operations functions and principles in the health plan field, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills with high close rate
