In this role, you will:

  • Work as a member of the Business Continuity team supporting a broad range of initiatives across all Personal Care product forms.
  • Perform moderately complex tasks under the direction of an experienced Scientist to include but are not limited to support of projects and initiatives through product acquisition, bench testing (requests and execution), small scale study planning/placement, coordination of hand-making products and visuals, prototyping, product safety, competitive assessments, and consumer complaint handling.
  • Report to a Senior R&E Manager and receive direction from Product Developers.

In one of our R&E Product Technician roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Perform quality bench test requests and completion.
  • Lead PPS instructions and requests.
  • Acquire products for testing.
  • Build monthly consumer complaint reports and investigate trends.
  • Perform small scale human use study requests.
  • Quality support at manufacturing facilities for launches or initiatives.
  • Prototyping and coordination of hand-making products and visuals.
