About the role

As a Solutions Engineer, you are at the forefront of adding and maintaining new ACS programs in collaboration with Product, Engineering and Operations as our network of ACOs grows.  The ACS underlying platform (VIDA) drives many direct-patient-outreach initiatives and can be extended to support similar use cases.
You will be working in the ACS division, specifically for the VIDA team. You will report to the Director of Engineering, but will partner closely with Product and Operations teams to identify requirements, configure solutions, and deploy new implementations using VIDA.  You will leverage and evolve existing design and configuration best practices while providing feedback to Product Management and Engineering to improve the implementation toolset. This position will require a combination of technical, stakeholder communication, and project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years experience as a  Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering (or equivalent roles)  as part of a cross-functional team, helping to automate processes
  • Fluency with JSON, Javascript, Git repositories
  • Familiarity working with SQL or other database querying language on large multi-table data sets
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS
  • Demonstrated ability to write well-designed, well-tested, and well-documented code
  • Comfort with project management software like JIRA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement scalable and performant ACS program solutions using ACS custom configuration tools
  • Help to define complex project requirements, work as a trusted contributor to meet those requirements, and maintain implemented solutions.
  • Serve as a VIDA Platform subject matter expert in collaboration with Product and Operations Staff
  • Perform cross-functional project management
