This role is onsite 5 days a week in Santa Fe Springs, CA

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end program and project initiatives for the Global+ Marketplace team. This role will be responsible for driving the system strategy and execution across both our Global Fulfilled by Weee! (FBW) model and the broader Global Marketplace platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including category management, product, engineering, operations, finance, and legal—to bring high-impact projects to life, from gathering business requirements to defining OKRs, breaking down roadmaps into executable phases, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and evaluating results.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from end to end across Global Marketplace and FBW, from business requirement gathering to post-launch evaluations.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, set project OKRs, define success metrics, and break complex initiatives into phased roadmaps.
• Leverage data insights to drive decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and uncover growth opportunities across Marketplace and FBW.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with category management, product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to align goals and resources.
• Develop and optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks across seller onboarding and fulfillment journeys.
• Improve seller experience by executing projects that enhance the Seller Portal, incorporating feedback from sellers and the account management team.
• Provide training and enablement to internal users on final project deliverables, and contribute to seller education via Help Center content.
• Identify risks and dependencies, manage timelines, and ensure successful, timely execution with measurable results.
• Mentor and support junior and senior project analysts or coordinators, fostering a high-performing project management culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or systems implementation, ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or supply chain.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into execution plans and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to use data to prioritize and evaluate project outcomes.
• Experience managing complex projects using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to educate and influence both technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification a plus.
• Due to the nature of this role, bilingual applicants are preferred: Chinese, and English.
