Patient Services Representative Responsibilities to Include:

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them and thanking them for choosing CPA as their medical home
• Engages patients and visitors by offering concierge services per protocol, maintaining orderly, clean reception, and waiting areas
• Contributes to team service efforts, including TOS collections and care goals, by accomplishing set goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior medical practice experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer applications. Prior experience with EMR preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write effectively.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines, in a detail-oriented manner.
• Flexible scheduling availability required

Salary Description $15.60 - $21.29/hr
