We’re currently looking for a Software Integrator—a key role supporting the reliability and performance of C2P software systems that directly impact U.S. Naval Fleet readiness. This position is hands-on, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone who thrives in a technical, mission-driven environment and is viewed as a go-to Subject Matter Expert.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Integrating, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CDLMS/C2PS across ship and shore-based systems
- Solving complex network connectivity issues involving CANES, ADNS, Link 16/11, S-TADIL J, JREAP C, and more
- Providing customer support, training, and remote technical assistance
- Administering UNIX/Linux, Windows, and VxWorks platforms, including networking and routing
- Conducting SOVTs to verify system performance and architecture
- Partnering closely with shipboard teams and hardware groups to ensure smooth installs and upgrades
- Traveling to U.S. and FMS ports for hands-on integration and deployment
- Creating documentation, installation drawings, and engineering recommendations that strengthen overall system performance
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of technical experience working on DoD contracts with Tactical Data Link systems
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting both written and verbal briefings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
- Good physical condition to support shipboard and travel requirements
- Valid US Passport and Security Clearance
- Available to travel 20-40% internationally
