What you’ll do

 

The Associate Consultant will support clients in the design and implementation of Ariba solutions, guiding them through analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. As a consultant, you will provide expertise in Ariba solutions and ensure customer-focused delivery. Your responsibility includes delivering quality tasks and deliverables on time and within budget, leveraging your knowledge of the Ariba Enterprise Spend Management suite and related service offerings.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the customer and different Ariba teams, such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
• Learn Ariba solution functionalities and deployment processes
• Support customer in adoption of SAP Ariba Solutions
• Help customer optimize their solutions using Joule AI
• Enhance customer experience with ongoing SAP New Feature Activation sessions with new releases
• Understand the new evolving technology and get established customers at par with changing landscape
• Aid customers throughout various stages of Ariba’s Implementation Methodology using the Ariba Consulting deployment process. This includes:
  • Solution design
  • Business rule development
  • User interface configuration
  • User and supplier set-up
  • Client change management
  • Technical/end-user training
  • Project management

 

What you bring 

 

• Basic understanding of the new technology used for/by AI
• Supply Chain Management & Procurement general knowledge
• Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and tools as SAP’s solutions and practices evolve rapidly in the dynamic tech landscape
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fluid environments
• Experience working in consulting, preferably with a firm similar to Big 4 or a boutique firm
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and/or prior experience with Ariba solutions
