Senior Manager Finance, Productivity and Benchmarking *Remote*

Providence is calling a Senior Manager Finance, Productivity and Benchmarking who will:

• Support local ministry/entity leadership teams
• Serve on local leadership committees as defined by manager and departmental needs
• Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
• Develop financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required
• Supervise appropriate finance staff

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or another Finance related field of study
• 8+ years of closely related work experience
• 6+ years of experience working in a leadership role or similar capacity (I.E. Leadership is defined as Team Lead, Project Leader, Process Facilitator)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

•  Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications

• Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min:$60.17, Max: $96.86
• Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min:$64.55, Max: $103.90
• Texas - Lubbock, Levelland, Plainview: Min:$49.23, Max: $79.25
• Washington: Eastern: Min:$57.44, Max: $92.45
