Customer Service
Coppell, TX 75019
12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
SHIFT: 9am - 6pm M-F to support customers in Pacific Time zone
 

Qualifications

• Training will be M-F 8a-5pm for the first several weeks.
  Required: Min 2-3 years customer service experience as a CSR aka Print Estimator for custom digital & offset print production orders.
  Position is NOT REMOTE, MUST WORK ONSITE
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  Primary resource for advice for all document production needs of the Client including inquiry and escalation- includes digital print solutions as well as litho/web printing
  - Manage Customer relationships for specific customer base, working with and advising document owners to meet document production needs in a cost effective manner
  - Promote the print services of the Client Enterprise Solution - identify and develop digital document opportunities

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
