About the role
Logan Property Management is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a Class A, luxury conventional multifamily portfolio across California, Arizona, and Nevada. This role is responsible for the operational, financial, and team performance of approximately 1,500+ units across multiple markets, ensuring each community operates at the highest standard consistent with luxury asset expectations and ownership objectives.
The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance management to onsite teams while partnering closely with the corporate office in San Diego. This individual will drive leasing performance, financial results, operational consistency, and resident experience across the portfolio.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, financial acumen, team leadership, and experience managing luxury conventional assets in multi-state environments.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with company standards and ownership expectations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Community Managers and onsite teams
- Ensure consistent execution of leasing, maintenance, resident experience, and operational standards
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections to evaluate physical condition, curb appeal, and operational performance
- Partner with corporate leadership to implement operational strategies and company initiatives
- Lead and oversee capital improvement and renovation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with ownership value-add objectives.

- Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, expense control, and NOI optimization
- Review and analyze financial reports, including budgets, variance reports, occupancy trends, and leasing performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy, revenue, and expense targets
- Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and asset performance
- Develop and execute portfolio-level revenue strategy, including pricing philosophy, market cycle positioning, competitive repositioning, and long-term revenue modeling to drive sustainable NOI growth. Competitive repositioning

- Partner with onsite teams and corporate leadership to implement pricing, marketing, and leasing strategies
- Evaluate market conditions and provide strategic recommendations to maximize revenue performance
- Ensure consistency in luxury leasing standards, presentation, and customer experience
- Lead operational takeover and stabilization efforts for newly acquired assets. Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite leadership teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
- Lead organizational change initiatives, drive cultural alignment, and implement scalable operational infrastructure across markets.
- Support succession planning and leadership development across the portfolio
- Ensure teams operate in compliance with company policies and procedures Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations
- Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements in California, Arizona, and Nevada

- Serve as primary point of contact for ownership and asset management, including financial reporting, strategy presentations, and performance reviews
- Serve as a key liaison between onsite teams and corporate leadership
- Provide regular reporting, operational updates, and strategic recommendations
