Quality Management Associate

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an experienced Quality Management Associate to join our Quality Assurance Management team.

The role entails:

• Development of corporate processes and work practices with a focus to Software and Systems Engineering aiming at the provision of high quality solution offerings to our Customers
• Periodic walkthrough and audit of our Company Operational Model Efficiency.
• Organization of sessions and events that promote engagement of personnel to Corporate Governance Framework

For the Quality Management Associate role we expect you to:

• Support the Corporate Quality Manager in achieving and maintaining compliance of the Company Quality Management System with the normative requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001
• Assist the Quality Management team to develop and maintain efficient processes and work practices with main objective the optimal collaboration of interdepartmental teams and functions at the project and at the corporate level
• Be responsible for the approval workflow and proper filing of Corporate Processes, Guidelines and Practices
• Provide assistance to project teams on quality management issues considering projects contractual requirements and specific project set up
• Perform quality review of project deliverables to ensure that they have been prepared in accordance with the established project processes and meet customer expectations
• Contribute to internal quality audits and follow up the implementation of audit findings

We would like you to have:

• University/College degree in Computer Science, Engineering Information Technology or other relative discipline
• Master’s degree in Quality Management would be a plus
• Quality management experience is desirable
• Problem solving and interpersonal communication skills are required
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary and/or multicultural teams is essential and relevant experience would be an asset
• Self-motivation and ownership of assignments are key abilities of the successful candidate
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Proficient use of English (verbal & written)
