Event Coordinator

About the Role

Dandy is hiring an Event Coordinator to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Growth Team, where you’ll help to build and scale our in-person and webinar event function focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in coordinating in-person events including: trade show logistics, vendor relations, site selection, onsite production, staffing, event messaging/marketing, and speaker coordination with the opportunity to independently manage events

• Assist in coordinating virtual events and webinars including: project timelines, webinar operations, webinar messaging & marketing, speaker coordination

• Conduct post-event & campaign evaluations, including ROI analysis

• Achieve benchmarked ROI metrics by working with the Sales and Growth Team

• Collaborate with the Sr. Events Manager on in-person and virtual event strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B event marketing

• Exceptional project management skills - highly organized, detail focused and results-driven with the ability to thrive while working on multiple projects at once

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Overall track record of professional and academic success

• Experience with Salesforce preferred
