Commercial Product Manager

In this role, you will plan and execute commercial initiatives across the product lifecycle. You will work within the Diagnostic Product Management team, delivering efficient and effective AI-driven diagnostic solutions to dentists worldwide. You will be a key part of the team, navigating a complex network of stakeholders and balancing operational, technical, and commercial priorities to ensure effective collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the organization for product launches together with technical product management, marketing, and commercial operations.

• Own and oversee different projects impacting the commercial operations, as well as the product solution

• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and communication strategies in collaboration with our recurring revenue and marketing teams.

• Own and manage commercial product initiatives, including market and business analyses that inform product roadmap prioritization and future roadmaps.

• Enable our sales teams and distribution partners with meaningful product presentations and commercial product training.

Professional Skills

We are looking for someone who can build relationships and deliver results in a changing environment

• Master’s degree within Business, Marketing, or similar.

• Experience within a product team is a plus, but not required.

• Structured, result-driven, able to handle tasks professionally, and thriving in a growth environment

• Proficient stakeholder management skills and solid interpersonal skills.
