What will you do as a Customer Care Clerk?
As part of the Business Support Services Team, the Customer Care Clerk is responsible for providing administrative services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations. The Customer Care Clerk will update and maintain database information (customers, equipment, products, routes, etc.), update and maintain wholesale, promotional, and front-line pricing, and process daily route settlement. The Customer Care Clerk will also assist with answering multi-line phone calls and the maintenance of beverage agreement information in various software applications and provide general administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pleasantly answer multi-line phone and refer telephone calls to ensure accurate and timely communications. Communicate messages via paging, redirecting to voice mail, or email, as appropriate.
- In-depth knowledge of Company products and programs, as well as team members within the Business Support Services Department.
- Provide effective customer service for all external and internal Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country customers.
- Log, process and dispatch sales and service calls.
- Perform Daily Route Settlement in an accurate and timely manner.
- Update route deposit spreadsheets (system amount and bank amounts) and apply to routes.
- Ensure proper checklist is followed when reconciling routes.
- Understand how trucks are checked out and checked in.
- Report over/short truck inventories to DSMs and SCMs.
- Report over/short tracking of full-service money bags.
- Track routes that do not call into settlement daily.
- Keep weekly tracking of trucks that did not do counts/strips according to schedule.
- Enter and update Customer Onboarding paperwork in NorthStar.
- Enter and update Equipment information in NorthStar.
- Enter and update promotional and frontline prices in NorthStar.
- Enter beverage agreements (customer contracts) into various software applications.
- Continue to ensure data integrity and accuracy in NorthStar and Great Plains.
- Backup for Vault Teller.
- Provide reports as needed to management.
- Provide general support for other positions in the Business Support Services.
- Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
- Work with all levels of company employees as a team striving to achieve common goals.
