Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain efficient supply chain schedules for optimal order and delivery planning.
• Monitor KPI’s
• ERP Integration: Ensure APS and ERP systems integration
• Identify reporting capabilities
• Identify Scheduling gaps
• Monitor manufacturing performance through MRPI and MPRII
• Identify Strategic and Capacity Planning through Resource Allocation and Scheduling Optimization
• Troubleshoot stop gaps with Business Areas. Identify and resolve material and scheduling issues promptly.
• Train and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute supply chain schedules.
• Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all SNC Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Exposure to the engineering change process
- Strong understanding of master production planning
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Familiarity with applicable manufacturing drawings
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and interpretation or creation of work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Program Management
- Technical/Engineering degree
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier Management
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and /or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Experience with Advanced Planning and Scheduling and Software
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and /or Operations Management
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
