Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED
6+ years of experience
Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks
Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures
Ability to work independently or in groups effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
A Bachelor's Degree
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand 6-8 hours per shift, sit 2-6 hours per shift, use computer terminal up to 6 hour per shift.
Change into area required garments (i.e. scrubs, shoes, PPE, safety glasses) 2-3 times per shift.
Work around moving/rotating equipment, work around chemicals, work in hearing conservation area, work on knees or non-standing position occasionally. Requires physical activity for operation of equipment.
Respond to visual/audible warning and alarm indicators, respond to color or other visual indicators.
Walk on floors/catwalks, climb stairs/ladders
Vision correctable to 20/20
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
· This will be a 12-hour shift position.
· Typical start/end time: 6pm to 6am (Night shift).
· Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
· No travel required.

The salary for this position ranges from $22.94 to $38.24 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
