Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Registered Senior Radiologic Technologist who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Senior Registered Radiologic Technologist, you will:
• Assist the Lead Technologist with planning and organizing.
• Produce high quality radiographic images and/or mammography to provide the radiologists with accurate data.
• Oversee the staffing required to support the business plan.
• Organize, distribute, and maintain departmental supplies.
• Provide new staff orientation to the department.
• Monitor staff usage of supplies.
• Assist with quality assurance monitoring of all equipment.
• Must keep a patient schedule that produces quality images in the most efficient manner, while serving the community needs
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide compassionate care appropriate to the age of the patients on their assigned unit/department. • • 9a-Support departmental devotionals

Qualifications Include:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiography Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
• Active Maryland license required
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of one to two years experience in clinical radiology.
• Ability to effectively communicate to solve patient and staff issues.
• Ability to handle a multi task environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of medical supplies and supply ordering systems.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 2pm - 11:30pm (4 day per week)

Rotating holidays

Pay Range:

$34.58 - $51.87

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
