About the role

Job Description

Are you tired of having a student position where you are locked in the copy room? Or the filing room? Or doing other tedious administrative tasks?
To assist our HR Strategy & Transformation team, not to mention the rest of our global HR organisation, we are currently on the lookout for a student worker who is ready to take on true responsibility and change the way we communicate our most important transformation projects to the organisation. No pressure.
If you want a student job that is relevant to your education, where you will work with stakeholders all over the world and use your creativity and skill to change the way we do things, then keep on reading because you might just be the person we are looking for.

Who we are:
We might be a small team, but that does not make us less mighty. Reporting directly to the EVP, Head of HR, our team consists of: Andrea (1) - the director, Andrea (2) - the project manager, and Jens Thomas – the consultant.
While Andrea (1) will be teaching you Italian phrases over the indulgent office lunch (a true win for all students), Andrea (2) will be planning her next traditional Chinese dinner, and Jens Thomas will be ready with the newest Netflix recommendations. Besides aiding the EVP of HR with the people strategy of Danfoss, we oversee the vast transformation that the HR organisation is going through – this is where you come into the picture.

Job Responsibilities

What you will (most likely) be doing:
Your main task will be to support the team around our transformation. You will help us in the transformation programme office with various tasks such as: running analysis, joining us as we talk with our stakeholders, digging through organisational and research material to find our best solutions, helping with communication and change methodologies, and thereby helping us ensure that our transformation is successful. No big deal.
We work with many parts of the organisation. We will help you navigate this landscape to ensure that our communication is successful across the world to everyone.
You will also be helping our colleagues in the centres of excellence with their needs on special tasks, so you won’t be stuck just with us. Sometimes we also get some ad-hoc work, which you will also assist on to expand your toolbox.

Background & Skills

Well, we are looking for a student who is ready to step out of the administrative role and into the corporate spotlight – or something along those lines.
We don’t care exactly which education you are currently pursuing, as long as you know a thing or two about working with people in an organisation. We will teach you the rest, and maybe you can teach us a thing or two.
You consider yourself a top performer at university, your current job, or the karaoke bar.
You are looking for a place to work where you can learn by doing, get exposure to a truly global organisation, and make a difference in our effort to transform our organisation for the future.

The boring stuff:
• You are currently studying a relevant university degree, e.g. in business administration, and are probably in the final year of your bachelor’s
o A specific interest in HR, change management, operating models, strategy, communication or international business wouldn’t hurt
• You are flexible with your schedule and can work a minimum of 12 hours per week. We are of course flexible around your exams etc.
• You will be based at our office in central Copenhagen. However, we do offer a flexible working set-up (we are not dinosaurs after all)
• You know your way around excel, power point and ideally some Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign etc. but not required)
Skip the cover letter, but make sure to include the following with your CV:
• A few words about yourself
• Why do you want to work with us?
• Your university transcripts
When can you start? Tomorrow? – well… maybe not, but asap would be good.

Employee Benefits

We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:

Bonus system

Paid vacation

Flexible working hours

Possibility to work remotely

Pension plan

Personal insurance

Communication package

Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups

State of the art virtual work environment

Employee Referral Program

This list does not promise or guarantee any particular benefit or specific action. They may depend on country or contract specifics and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow

At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow. No tra
