Job Description 

Trusted Mission Processing (TMP) provides embedded processing solutions for rugged real-time applications. We are seeking a Systems Engineering Section Leader to support the Modular Blade Computer (MBC) development as part of the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program.

 What YOU Will Do: 

• You will lead a technical team to ensure defined requirements are consistently met throughout the complete lifecycle of the program including: 

• Creating system level requirements, architectures and designs 

• Requirements management and verification 

• Determining appropriate requirement verification methods and demonstrate completion of requirements via the named verification method 

• Creating and tracking metrics relative to program execution such as requirements completion status, requirements volatility, requirement sizing, team efficiency and burndown rate 

• Creating required project documentation in support of contract execution and deliverables (Original content creation is required) 

• You will support bid and proposal efforts including BOE generation 

• You will interface with all engineering disciplines  

• You will recruit and assign tasking to talented engineers, provide performance assessments and career development

Qualifications YOU Must Have: 

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience<
