Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Client Service Specialist supports the Account Mangers in the Private Client Group by providing comprehensive administrative to support to assist them with their daily tasks and responsibilities. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support the renewal process by preparing documents, updating client information, and following up on any outstanding items

• Accurately process customer policy change requests in a timely manner

• Communicate with carriers and clients as needed to complete transactions

• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in agency management system

• Collaborate with account managers with administrative tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Self-motivated, flexible and disciplined

• Ability to work independently as well as in team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment

Experience:

• 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required

• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred

• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred

• Proven track record in customer service; preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

• Familiarity with database applications, a plus

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $20 to $25 per hour. 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
