We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) to lead a team responsible for Vehicle Security Operations (VSOC) and Product Security Incident Response (PSIRT).</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Team</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span>We are a diverse team of specialists working in the cybersecurity area to maintain road security. Our task is to ensure our products stay safe, secure, and resilient to cybersecurity threats. You drive our development and deliveries in a structured way, to meet our stakeholders’ expectations. </span></p> <p><span>You lead by example and safeguard our operations from unnecessary disturbances by keeping our eyes on set target. </span></p> <p><span>You thrive in the role of PO and from collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders and teams.</span></p> <p><span>You are used to working in an agile environment and skilled at managing backlogs, setting product direction, and guiding others toward shared goals, while feeling safe and staying focused. You navigate both operational and technical perspectives with the ambition to create value.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your</strong><strong> responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Drive our product vision and roadmap.</span></li> <li><span>Own and manage a clear and well-structured backlog with prioritized features and improvements.</span></li> <li><span>Own and drive our communication with internal and external stakeholders, improving shared processes and way-of-working.</span></li> <li><span>Safeguard our day-to-day operations of the monitoring and incident response functions.</span></li> <li><span>Coach and mentor team members to grow in their domains.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor the usage and impact of delivered features to guide future development.</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for the VSOC and PSIRT delivery in internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Your qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong><br/></strong><span>We believe you have a fair amount of the following experiences and competencies:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile setup</span></li> <li><span>A structured and communicative working style, with the ability to balance business goals and technical constraints.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to align stakeholders around a clear product vision and delivery roadmap.</span></li> <li><span>A good grasp of agile frameworks, and in facilitating agile ceremonies.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Experience from the automotive industry</span></li> <li><span>Fluency in English is necessary; Swedish is a bonus.</span></li> <li><span>Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC or similar are beneficial.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Our offer:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span>We offer a healthy and inspiring workplace, with respect for the individual, where you have great opportunities to shape your work, our future, and TRATON's strategy and tactical execution within the area.
