The Role
Lincoln Avenue Capital (LAC) is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our amazing team of professionals who develop and manage a diverse portfolio of affordable multi-family housing properties across the United States. In this position, you’ll work in partnership with our leaders, business partners, and an amazing team of Executive Assistants who support all business operations across the firm. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. They are a detail-oriented partner who is service-minded, proactive, and loves working with a team.

This position reports to a Vice President and is located at our Headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. Our office provides a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of 3-4 days in the office.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level support to members of LAC's executive team.
- Heavy calendar management and scheduling with Microsoft Outlook.
- Coordinate and obtain signatures (wet and electronic) from Executives across the firm for various legal documents.
- Meeting and event coordination.
- Report tracking, file management, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and submit expense reports.
- Arrange business travel including itineraries and agendas.
- Conducts research and manages special projects as needed.
- Maintains strong business relationships with external vendors or parties.
- General office support and backup support for the EA team.
- Occasional personal tasks such as personal travel and entertainment reservations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- 5+ years of Administrative and/or EA experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Notary Public of California, a plus, or willingness to become a Notary Public, required.
- Highly experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
