And you are:

• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

• By September 2024, have a degree in fields related to Material Sciences, Ceramics, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering

A typical day:

• Support projects, tasks and communication to increase productivity
• Apply project management methods (6S, CIP, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Facilitate team collaboration to develop synergies and process improvement across plants in areas including process steps, activities, information flow)
• Collaboration with various functions in the implementation of improvement projects in manufacturing
• Regularly working on the manufacturing floor to learn, support and execute tasks
