RCS-Team Lead R - Bloomington Hospital

This position is for the Patient Access Contact Center and will be responsible for but not limited to guiding our team to excellence by providing continuous training team members on the expectations of properly and efficiently, scheduling of patients with our primary care providers. This position is required to be able to collaborate with the team, business partners and department manager in living the IU Health Values and Mission statement. The schedule for this position will be a day shift from Monday through Friday. 

• 2 years of experience with Indiana University Health Revenue Cycle Services strongly preferred.
• Requires expert knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings.
• Requires the ability to promote teamwork and develop team members.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
