What you’ll be doing:

• Discovering uour potential by handling variety of tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures
• Exploring the banking world and it’s products: leasing, factoring, collection and reconciliation tasks
• Independently responsible for process work connected to payment transfer, transaction registration, daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation, general ledger and reporting according to Nordea Finance strategy
• Helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs
• Actively gain process knowledge to provide required service level
• Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian and Baltic countries
• Creating, developing and updating process documentation
• Gaining an experience in energetic, full of passion and unique teams

Your profile and background: 

• English on communicative level (B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools 
• You are a good team player
• Ability to solve problems 
• Analytical mindset, high attention to details
• Self-driven and have a proactive mind-set as well as change-driver competences 
• Finance related university degree
• Experience working in banks or financial institutions is not a must and would be an asset
