Position Overview
Lead the strategic direction and execution of our Career Connect platform, an AI-powered internal talent marketplace that transforms how employees navigate their careers through skills-based matching, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Innovation
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for Career Connect, ensuring alignment with broader talent mobility objectives
- Partner with business leaders to demonstrate ROI and expand platform adoption
- Lead the evolution of Career Passport and career pathing features
- Platform Leadership
- Partner with Product leadership to define feature roadmap and requirements
- Collaborate on improvement of AI-powered skills-inference capabilities
- Establish governance framework for gigs, mentorship, and learning recommendations
- Work with Product team on integration needs
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners
- Present platform metrics and success stories to executive leadership
- Guide regional implementation teams on localization needs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in talent management, careers, program adoption
- Track record of leading enterprise-wide careers or similar programs
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
- Executive presence and proven stakeholder management skills
