Product Designer

IV.AI, started in 2016, enables the world’s most iconic businesses and executives with AI-Powered Decision Making via a global AI platform and incredible team.  A US based company based in Los Angeles, we are looking for our first full time Product Designer. This role reports directly to the CTO and is ideal for someone who wants to lay the groundwork/design system for a growing org that values design as a core competency. You’ll be actively working on the design of our products/features and overall marketing/design needs of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Define and refine user journeys for our primary product suite
• Design and prototype interactions for an AI-driven research product
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Fullstack Engineers to bring design concepts all the way into production
• Validate shipped features and recommend improvements based on user feedback and product analytics
• Contribute to roadmapping and scoping by shaping requirements and estimating design effort

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of your work
• Experience with interaction design, information architecture, and design systems
• Knowledge of Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing
• Ability to solve complex problems and build user-friendly solutions

Nice to Have

• Some knowledge on UX/dataviz design
• Some experience with marketing/promotional design
• Comfort working in a startup or fast-moving environment
