This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
This role requires you to work on-site at least 3 days per week at one of our US hubs: Northridge, CA, Juncos, PR, San Antonio, TX, Duluth, GA, or Minneapolis, MN. This on-site presence is vital for collaboration and maintaining strong team connections. Please be aware that the hybrid schedule may change based on business needs, potentially requiring additional on-site days.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Strategic Planning & Operational Design
- Develop and refine the company’s long-term operations strategy, aligned with enterprise goals.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and emerging opportunities across the value chain (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, customer operations).
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives, transformation roadmaps, and resource allocation.
- Responsible for Business continuity Plan
- Oversee Make/Buy – develop a long-term capacity strategy
- MiniMed Operating System (Including Opex)
- Oversee PMO for TSA exit management
Transformation Program Leadership
- Lead large-scale cross-functional transformation programs from concept to execution.
- Define program scope, KPIs, success metrics, and governance structure.
- Drive alignment across business units and functions to ensure consistent implementation and measurable impact.
- Process Optimization & Innovation
- Introduce and champion continuous improvement practices, including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Identify technology enablers to drive automation, analytics, and productivity improvements.
- Evaluate current-state processes and implement scalable, sustainable improvements.
Change Management & Culture Building
- Develop and lead change management strategies to support adopting new processes, technologies, and operating models.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Executive Collaboration & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to the COO and senior executives on strategic initiative progress, risks, and ROI.
- Serve as a key advisor and thought partner in operational planning, decision-making, and future-state design.
- Build dashboards and executive presentations to communicate strategic impact and transformation progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 15 years of relevant exper
