Our work depends on a Quality Manager joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.
AGUN will design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.
Quality Manager -
- Collaborates across GDIT divisions to deliver expertise in various aspects of ITSM as a practice, to include ITIL process definition, ITIL process implementation, and ServiceNow technology implementations.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to implement enterprise-wide processes including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, SLA Management, and Service Portfolio Management. Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify Critical Success Factors (CSFs), KPIs, and define corresponding metrics.
- Collaborates with Government Work Center Chiefs to negotiate incrementally achievable SLAs.
- Implements CSI of ITIL processes and underpinning tools towards meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborates closely with Quality Assurance (QA), leading various teams requiring improvements to pass compliance audits.
- Supports quality control and management efforts developing and applying quality standards.
- Documents service challenges or outages, directs requests for corrective actions to appropriate points of contact, and logs relevant activity.
- Conducts weekly meetings with operational oversight staff to capture trends and lessons learned and ensures broader program awareness.
- Participates in weekly update briefings to ensure operational awareness.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of working performance-based contracts and defining, measuring, monitoring, and reporting on key program metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
- DoD project management experience desired
- ITIL certification
- Secret clearance
Site location:
- The primary place of performance is Falls Church, Virginia
- Hours and days TBD upon hire.
- Three (3) days onsite with up to two (2) days telework. Onboarding/transition in period requires on-site support up to 60 days. AGUN work schedules are subject to change on direction by mission requirements from GDIT or USG leadership.
Travel:
- It is anticipated that some personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. Long-distance travel is anticipated to be required in support of this effort.

The likely salary range for this position is $118,721 - $160,623. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
