What you'll do...

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic program manager and operations lead to oversee the development, execution, and governance of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within the Business Operations team of our International Technology organization. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring accurate planning and forecasting, and tracking performance against strategic and financial objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior technology, product management, program management, and business leaders across international markets to drive operational excellence and ensure that technology investments align with business priorities. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional program management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across global teams.

What You'll Do:

Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Development ; Execution:

Lead the end-to-end process for developing the technology organizations Annual Operating Plan for international markets.

Partner with finance, technology, product management, and business teams to align on budgeting, resource planning, and investment priorities.

Facilitate AOP reviews with senior leaders, ensuring clarity on key initiatives, timelines, and financial targets.

Establish and manage a timeline for AOP milestones, deliverables, and approvals.

Program Management ; Governance:

Design and implement governance frameworks to monitor progress against the AOP throughout the fiscal year.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational goals.

Proactively identify risks to the plan and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain clear, transparent documentation and ensure alignment across international markets.

Stakeholder Engagement ; Communication:

Serve as a strategic partner and liaison between technology, finance, and business operations across regions.

Deliver regular updates and executive-level reporting on plan performance, risks, and opportunities.

Foster collaboration across stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities and resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to optimize the AOP process through improved systems, workflows, and best practices.

Implement mechanisms to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility.

Gather feedback and continuously refine processes to drive efficiency and alignment.

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

7+ years of program management experience, ideally within a technology organization or business operations team.

Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programspreferably in an international or multi-market context.

Experience managing financial planning cycles, including annual operating plans and strategic planning.

Skills ; Competencies:

Strong program management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Financial acumenability to work with finance partners to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking.

Communication expertisecapable of translating complex data into actionable insights and clear executive updates.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with stakeholders.

Tools ; Methodologies:

Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Strong competency with financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Preferred:

Experience working in a technology organization supporting international markets.
