Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Senior Architect, Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible driving our data strategy and analytical capabilities. You will have expertise in Google BigQuery, Looker, SAC and Data Engineering, along with a deep understanding of data modeling, visualization, and data pipelines. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making.

As IT Senior Architect, Business Intelligence and Analytics, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data analytics solutions using BigQuery, Looker, SAC and Power BI.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to process large-scale datasets efficiently
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions in Looker for data visualization
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices are followed
• Optimize query performance and storage efficiency in BigQuery
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and engineers
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in data analytics, BI tools, and cloud technologies

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Google BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics
• Hands-on experience with Looker and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data visualization and dashboarding
• Expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Experience in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Dataflow, DBT, or Apache Airflow
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data processing and automation
• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and governance best practices
• Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Experience with machine learning models, GenAI and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
• Background in telecom or other data-intensive industries
