Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 based on experience
Modality: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
FLSA Exemption: Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

What you'll be doing: 

• Be the primary advocate for the customer. Keep the team oriented around delivering value to real end users. Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to bring the voice of our customers to the forefront.

• Be a champion for great design. Maintain a high standard of quality for visuals and experiences. Turn complex problems into simple, delightful, and usable experiences.

• Identify and define the highest impact opportunities/problems. In partnership with the Product Manager and Tech Lead, explore and test ideas and know when to move into delivery. 

• Efficiently deliver outcomes. Be willing and able to challenge the status quo when it comes to discovery and delivery processes and tools that will speed up our ability to innovate.

What you have: 

• Experience (5+ years) owning the end-to-end product design process across platforms (mobile web, native mobile, desktop web)

• A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to design simple, delightful, and usable experiences

• Proficient in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data

• Effective communicator who can prepare and present ideas to excite a variety of audiences

• Be a team player who is pleasant to be around

• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize

What will make you stand out: 

• Experience with a range of design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision. 

• Skills in coding or using prototyping tools like Axure, Marvel, or Principle. 

• Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, or user surveys. 

• User interface (UI) design: deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and accessibility. 

• User experience (UX) design: strong understanding of UX principles, such as user journeys, information architecture, and persona development.
