POSITION SUMMARY:
The Field Instructor Trainer is a critical, field-based role responsible for executing the studio support strategy and ensuring product quality across a dedicated region of franchise studios. This role serves as a key driver of franchise studio profitability and success by directly supporting studio owners, optimizing training systems, and enforcing brand consistency. A primary focus is leveraging quality control and training to directly impact studio revenue generation and improve the quality and certification rate of instructor recruitment leads. Crucially, the Trainer must remain an expert practitioner by actively teaching barre3 classes, testing class templates and is required to lead and facilitate training sessions to model and ensure instructional excellence across their region.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Franchise Studio Profitability & Performance
- Revenue-Focused Support: Execute comprehensive franchise support processes focused on driving tangible business results for existing, new, and transfer Studio Owners.
- Performance Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Franchise Business Coach in the region to analyze studio performance metrics, develop strategic intervention plans, and target areas for revenue growth (e.g., utilization, conversion/retention rates, and premium service uptake).
- Metrics Analysis: Regularly analyze and work to increase key studio metrics and KPIs to directly impact studio revenue and overall growth. This includes tracking performance of newly trained instructors.
- Studio Owner Coaching: Provide personalized 1:1 coaching to Studio Owners focused on operationalizing quality standards, optimizing class scheduling for revenue, and maximizing instructor performance as a tool for member retention.
II. Brand Consistency & Revenue-Driving Quality
- Revenue-Driving Evaluations: Complete regular class evaluations focused on the end-to-end member experience, identifying direct correlations between instructional quality, consistency, and potential member churn/retention.
- Coaching for Value: Deliver specific, actionable feedback and coaching that links instructional excellence (e.g., cueing, connection, professionalism) directly to the premium value of the brand's offering.
- Consistency Assurance: Actively monitor and enforce brand consistency across all studios within the region, ensuring every class justifies the membership price point.
III. Quality Recruitment & Certification Pipeline
- Recruitment Lead Quality: Execute and coach Studio Owners and Lead Mentors on effective recruitment strategies designed to attract higher-quality candidates with strong potential for brand ambassadorship and long-term retention.
- Audition & Certification Vetting: Conduct rigorous review of auditions and certifications for all class types. This includes raising the bar on assessment criteria to ensure only instructors who can immediately contribute to premium brand delivery are certified.
- Talent Development: Coach Lead Mentors on effective candidate screening and onboarding processes that enhance the quality of the regional instructor fleet.
IV. Lead Training & Facilitation and Teaching
This role requires frequent travel and flexible scheduling to accommodate training needs.
- Training Delivery: Regularly lead live training sessions for the Studio Owner, Instructor, and Mentor fleet, ensuring participants understand and can effectively deliver the in-studio and workout experience with a focus on customer service and retention skills.
- Program Refinement: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, tracking post-training performance data, and collaborating with the Director of Instructor Training and the Content Development Manager to adjust programs to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Continuing Education: Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the development and execution of continuing education programming designed to maintain high instructional standards and prevent skill degradation.
- Expert Instruction: Must be teaching barre3 Classes at a score of 4+ for each category of the Certification Requirements and maintain openness to continuous growth and development of personal teaching skills .Expectation to film live classes for training use.
V. Training Administration & Logistics
- LMS Coordination: Collaborate with the LMS Specialist to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all training activities, records, and compliance requirements are properly documented and tracked.
