2nd Shift Dispatcher – End-of-Day Operations Specialist

We’re seeking a 2nd Shift Closer / Dispatcher to be the final checkpoint of the day — the person who ensures that every call, schedule, and detail is wrapped up and ready for a seamless morning launch. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy the satisfaction of leaving things fully buttoned up, this role is for you.

Starting Pay: $42,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience & skill set)
Growth Path: Advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership

What You’ll Do

• Review and close out all service calls for the day, including billing, notes, and follow-ups
• Ensure next-day schedules are fully set and optimized for efficiency
• Double-check dispatch board accuracy and assign rollover calls
• Communicate with technicians, client care, and leadership as needed
• Serve as the final quality check to make sure no details are missed before tomorrow

Schedule

• 2nd Shift coverage until operations are fully closed
• Typical hours: Afternoon/evening to close (varies by season and workload)
• Work-from-home flexibility available after training (quiet, distraction-free environment required)
