In this role, you will contribute to the development of our vehicle insurance offering and lead the digital business development agenda across the Nordic region.

Business Area Commercial serves B2B customers of all sizes—from startups to established enterprises. Vehicle insurance is a key component of many customers’ insurance needs across the Nordics. Within Product & Underwriting Vehicle Sweden, we are on an ambitious growth journey, particularly in the SME segment. To support this, we are exploring digital sales opportunities, service-based insurance models, and innovative pricing strategies.

About the Role

As Product & Digital Business Developer, you will:

• Develop product content, terms and conditions and pricing in collaboration with the team and key stakeholders
• Lead and participate in product development initiatives, including packaging improvements, bundling experiments, and partner offering support
• Maintain and evolve our insurance terms and conditions
• Support internal stakeholders in interpreting terms and designing insurance solutions
• Drive the digital product development agenda, including experimentation, development, and implementation of digital offerings and pricing from a Nordic perspective
• Govern and lead the digital agenda for Vehicle across the Nordics in close collaboration with agile teams (tribes)

Key Responsibilities

You will be a central part of the analyst team within P&UW Vehicle, with responsibilities including:

• Rethinking and developing our vehicle insurance products, content, and terms
• Building deep expertise in product structure and conditions, and sharing knowledge across sales, claims, and within the Vehicle team
• Owning and driving the digital product agenda, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder alignment

Who You Are

• Have experience in project work and can drive initiatives independently and collaboratively
• Are solution-oriented and eager to improve processes
• Are structured and able to manage both details and strategic perspectives
• Have knowledge of vehicle insurance (a clear advantage)
• Willingness to run and pursue insurance product development in our insurance systems (Polaris and WayPoint)
• Curiosity in exploring technical aspects of our insurance systems and connection to digital sales
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, and able to communicate clearly on complex topics
• Can work effectively in a Nordic context
• Hold a relevant university degree
