Evaluate and pursue initiatives based on their fit with strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the organization through the development, implementation, and maintenance of process improvement programs.</p></li><li><p>Develops and maintains a Country IT Infrastructure Roadmap, aligning IT investments with business priorities. Understands and contributes to the business unit’s strategy and translates business strategy into an aligned IT strategy and portfolio of programs, projects, and applications.</p></li><li><p>Customer Relationship Management (Stakeholder and Business Relationship Management): Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, reinforced by regular communication on project status, issue management, service delivery, and associated strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance</p><ul><li><p>Ensures compliance with corporate IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, local cybersecurity laws).</p></li><li><p>Participates in IT risk management and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring proactive threat management, risk assessments, and data protection compliance.</p></li><li><p>Works with legal and compliance teams to address data privacy and security risks.</p></li><li><p>Supports and enforces audit compliant policies and standards. Act as primary contact for Country IT Audit.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>IT Operations and Service Delivery</p><ul><li><p>Oversees the delivery of IT solutions, ensuring robust infrastructure and digital services that support business needs.  Organizes, supports, and operates infrastructure services that are aligned with the standards for Abbott’s IT Strategy Platform; includes business case preparation and the development of communication and marketing plans.</p></li><li><p>Disaster Recovery: Develop and update datacenter recovery plans and assist with the development of system recovery strategies and plans.
