Job Description 

Under the direction of the lead Producer, the Assistant Producer will be focused on the successful execution of our in-house ecomm photo shoots. The Assistant Producer is excited about the behind-the-scenes work and the many details that make a photo shoot. This team player loves a fast-paced and always evolving environment and enjoys collaboration with in-house photographers, stylists, and art directors. Daily responsibilities will include understanding and communicating current sample availability and shooting schedules, booking talent and hair & make-up artists for daily in-house shoots, providing on-set production support, and ensuring invoices are submitted for payment.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

• Reporting into the A&F & YPB lead Producer, produce daily on-figure ecomm in-house studio shoots for A&F & YPB brands
• Schedule shoots based on current and upcoming sample availability and deliverable request with the support of the A&F & YPB Lead Producer
• Provide on-set production support for all daily in-house studio shoots
• Arrange and approve air and ground travel, hotel, and per diem for talent and hair & make-up artists for A&F & YPB ecomm in-house photo shoots; Communicate all travel arrangements to talents’ agents
• Run weekly sample and studio maintenance reports using company database; Assess and communicate results to studio teams
• Cast talent for A&F & YPB shoots and support HCo. & GH casting as needed; Work closely with the lead Producer to ensure casting efforts align with brands’ vision and budgets 
• Assist A&F & YPB lead Producer in maintaining upkeep and organization of casting documents, libraries, and weekly ecomm models & HMU folders
• Maintain and build relationships with various talent agencies
• Co-own the vendor set-up process for the production team with HCo. & GH Assistant Producer
• Process, submit, and track vendor invoices; Work closely with studio leadership to track to monthly budget projections
• Process, submit, and track all expenses on a weekly basis
• Assist Sr. Producers with all brands’ studio production as needed
• Inventory and order studio supplies as needed
• Assist studio leads in other studio shoots and projects including sample prep, set maintenance, set pre-lights, and set strikes

What Do You Need To Bring? 

• BA/BS degree
• Very strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a calm composure when business needs change
• Ability to lift and move studio equipment and props
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs
• Familiar with Apple OS and Adobe Creative Suite software
• 1+ years photo studio or production background, preferably in a retail studio environment
