Job Overview
As an Electrical Service Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians to gain hands-on experience in residential electrical services. You will assist in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. This role offers the chance to learn from industry experts and develop valuable skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Installations: Work under the guidance of experienced electricians to assist with the installation of electrical systems in residential properties.
• Troubleshooting: Help identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, such as wiring problems, circuit faults, and electrical appliance malfunctions.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Assist in performing maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
• Material Management: Assist in organizing and managing electrical materials, tools, and equipment to ensure the availability of required supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Learn Codes and Regulations: Familiarize yourself with local electrical codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all installations and repairs.
• Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients and provide assistance as needed during on-site service calls.
• Professional Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities and take initiative to advance your skills and knowledge in the electrical field.

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED.

· Valid SC driver’s license and a safe driving record.
