Working as a Maintenance Specialist, we can expect the following:
Will be responsible for Inspecting building and equipment for issues with a variety of duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting building, equipment, for issues
- Performing general maintenance of the facility and grounds
- Responding to reports of broken or faulty items
- Keeping all documentation of both routine checks and repairs up-to-date
- Assisting in the installation of new equipment
- Adjusting and calibrating equipment or machinery
Qualifications

- Skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
- Strong technical skills
- Strong troubleshooting ability
