In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor account performance and ensure service expectations are met

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support client needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
