Financial Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members across the global organization to collect and analyze data.
• Ensure quality and maintenance of master data.
• Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues associated with source data systems.
• Facilitate and track process, reporting, and system initiatives, providing training as necessary.
• Support regional sales compensation reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Work with management to define and consolidate reports.
• Assist with monthly sales forecast development and reporting between Sales and Operations teams.
• Operationalize data processes through the creation of self-service reporting tools like Power BI.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in finance, accounting, data analytics or similar field.
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Cross-functional project experience.
• Knowledge or experience in Salesforce, Power BI, or similar CRM/Analytics tools preferred.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
