As an Enterprise Data and Analytics Manager at Pine Rest, you’ll be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of data management and governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the organization. This role leads the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of analytics best practices—including self-service, data visualization, and analytics-related platform standards for Epic, Workday, and other enterprise tools. The manager champions a data-driven culture by promoting business practices that leverage analytics for strategic decision-making at all levels. They provide leadership in the development and deployment of the organization’s AI strategy, with direct ownership of custom AI models and AI-focused applications. Supervision of the reporting and analytics team is a core responsibility, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The manager also facilitates the Reporting and Analytics Steering Committee (RASC) to align initiatives with organizational goals. Collaboration with other teams is essential to guarantee that application development and implementation are consistent with analytics strategies. As a member of the IS management team, the Data and Analytics Manager contributes to the achievement of broader Information Systems objectives and organizational success.Who Are We?
