What You’ll Do
Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. (DSA) is a world leader in Memory, and Storage technologies. The Sales Account Manager for Memory products at Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. based in San Jose, CA will be responsible for the sales activities supporting specific customer business by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
Location: Daily onsite presence in San Jose HQ location in alignment with our Flexible Work policy with an average of 10% travel per month of domestic and international travel.

- Collaborate with key decision makers at customer to secure design wins and qualification slots on new programs for DRAM and NAND-based products.
- Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue and bit level goals.
- Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships.
- Negotiate quarterly/semi-annual business awards, including pricing and supply support.
- Evaluate/Negotiate contract agreements and documents, negotiating terms with the customer and Samsung, and help resolve contract disputes.
- Support sales opportunities by providing product information, roadmap updates, product samples, and price quotations.
- Maintain awareness of and communicate internally to Device Solutions America/Korea sales and marketing teams regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.
- Domestic & International business travel (Korea/Asia) to support customer meetings as needed.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or comparable degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's in Engineering, Business, or comparable engineering degree with 3+ Years of Industry Experience Preferred.
- MUST have 3+ years sales experience in semiconductor industry
- Experience with DRAM/NAND or Hardware backgrounds a PLUS!
- Travel to Korea for customer business reviews on an as needed basis (2-3x per year)
- MS Office proficiency
- Key Account Management/Coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
