Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!</p></div><p>As a <em><strong>Sr. Program Analyst, Operations &amp; Synergy, AoA </strong></em>on the Anaplan on Anaplan team, you will serve as the primary operational engine driving Agile execution, project management, Jira governance, and internal enablement operations across our core enterprise planning models and cutting-edge AI initiatives.</p> <p>In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with solution architects, model builders, product teams, and senior leaders to structure and accelerate critical program tracks. You will bridge technical delivery and business strategy by facilitating seamless Agile ceremonies, maintaining structured intake workflows, standardizing process documentation, and managing community enablement programs.</p> <p>This role requires a unique combination of Agile facilitation expertise, structured project management discipline, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and a strong technical aptitude to master Anaplan’s platform ecosystem.&nbsp; We are open to candidates in the Minneapolis area or who live in a state where Anaplan can do business.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p> <p>1.
