Patient Care Director - RN - Perioperative Services - Full-time - Days

Step into the role of Patient Care Director for Perioperative Services, where we’re bringing world-class resources to Brooklyn residents. Be responsible for directing the daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care to an increasingly diverse patient population. Engage, mentor, supervise and evaluate a highly collaborative team, and inspire their continued professional growth. Develop and manage budgets and identify process improvement to enhance the patient experience. Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Required Criteria

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing. 

• Current NYS RN licensure

• 3 years clinical experience

• BCLS from the American Heart Association

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills are essential to success

Salary Range:

$150,000-$185,000/Annual
