Job Summary

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead a small project team for a credit card loyalty upgrade and migration project. You will be responsible for managing the project scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables, as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders at an executive level. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives and outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Develop a project plan that ensures the project progresses in an organized, coordinated, and deliberate manner, and that holistically considers the project environment to deliver outcomes.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, and implement mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and key stakeholders, and provide recommendations and solutions as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, and document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners, and ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables and dependencies.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to client teams responsible for carrying out project work, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 or more years of project management experience, preferably in the credit card or payments industry.
• Ability to influence client employees (assigned project team members and otherwise) to carry out project work.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and ability to apply them to complex and dynamic projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other PM certification is a plus.
• Card migration and/or loyalty program experience is strongly desired.
• Las Vegas-based applicants are preferred.

Additional Information

This role it is not eligible for immigration sponsorship  

The pay range for this role is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
